- Wholesale products are ordered using the quotation number we provide. Terms are agreed by both parties; once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled on the grounds that the products are no longer needed.

- We manufacture on your behalf only. Please confirm that you hold the legal rights to the artwork you supply; any trademark or intellectual-property infringement is the customer's own responsibility.
FAQ
Is a 10-piece order really possible?
Yes. Stock fabrics and colours start from 10 pieces per design. The only exception is full custom Pantone dyeing, which needs a larger minimum — always quoted upfront.
Flat or 3D embroidery — which suits my logo?
Flat embroidery handles most logos, including moderate detail and text. 3D puff works best with simple, bold lettering or shapes — fine detail gets lost in the foam. Send us the artwork and we will show a mockup of both.
Can I combine several placements on one cap?
Yes — for example a front 3D logo plus a woven patch on the side and embroidery on the back arch. Each placement zone is priced separately.
What artwork files do you accept?
AI, PSD, JPG and PNG all work. Vector files give the sharpest embroidery; if you only have a photo or sketch, our designers can prepare the digitised stitch file for you.
Can I mix colours or styles in one order?
Yes — as long as each design meets the 10-piece minimum, colours, fabrics and closures can be mixed freely.
How long does an order take?
Samples in 3–5 days, production in 10–15 days after artwork confirmation, then door-to-door tracked shipping — we handle customs all the way to your address.
