🪢 Build Your Lanyard, Option by Option
A lanyard looks simple, but every part is a choice: the material, the size, the colour, how your logo is applied, and which attachment finishes the end. Here is every option, so you can spec your lanyard exactly the way you want it.
Material Types
Six base materials cover every use case, from premium woven detail to budget-friendly cord:
- Woven lanyards — your logo is woven into the fabric itself with yarn, not printed on top. Softest handle, longest life, finest detail.
- Polyester lanyards — the standard workhorse; silk-screen or heat-transfer printing on smooth polyester tape at the best price.
- Nylon lanyards — glossy, slightly stiff tape that makes printed colours look extra vivid.
- Dye sublimation lanyards — full-colour, edge-to-edge printing with gradients and photographic detail; print does not crack or fade.
- Reflective lanyards — reflective strip woven in for high visibility; ideal for night events, festivals and safety programs.
- Cord lanyards — round bootlace-style cords with a minimal look, popular for keys and USB drives.

Size & Specification
The reference lanyard below measures 900 mm in full length with a 20 mm wide tape, giving a folded drop of roughly 450 mm — the standard conference-badge size. Every dimension can be adjusted: width from 15 to 25 mm, custom lengths, and your choice of end fitting.
- Silk screen print — logo printed one side, artwork confirmed before production.
- Folded & box-stitched end — the tape is folded over and box-stitched, so the attachment never pulls loose.
- Split ring + swivel snap hook — the standard end fitting (Option A).
- Side-release buckle + swivel snap hook (Option B) — lets the wearer detach the lower part quickly, e.g. for scanning a badge at a door.

Colour Matching
Any tape colour can be matched to your Pantone code, so the lanyard sits perfectly next to the rest of your brand identity. Stock dyed-to-match yarns cover most brand colours; exact codes are quoted upfront.

Your Logo & Pattern
From single-colour text to photographic, edge-to-edge artwork — the print method follows your design. Full-colour dye sublimation reproduces gradients, illustrations and busy patterns exactly; woven and screen-printed options keep simple logos crisp and low-cost.

Attachments — 36 Ways to Finish the End
The attachment is the part your users touch every day, so it is worth choosing deliberately:
- Metal hooks (MA-01 ~ MA-15) — swivel snap hooks, swivel eye hooks, D-rings and trigger hooks in silver or antique finishes.
- Plastic clips (PC-03 ~ PC-08) — side-release buckles and adjustable clips for detachable lower straps.
- Plastic accessories (PA-01 ~ PA-09) — extra loop, D-ring and adapter pieces for keys and small tools.
- Tighteners (PT-01 ~ PT-07) — cord locks and stoppers to adjust strap length on the fly.
- Safety breakaway (SC-01 / SC-02) — releases under load so the lanyard cannot snag or choke; standard for schools, hospitals and factories.
- Plastic hooks (PH-01 ~ PH-03) — lightweight badge-clip hooks, the economical default for conferences.

How a Lanyard Is Made — Five Steps
- 1. Nylon webbing preparation — the tape colour is selected and incoming webbing is inspected.
- 2. Cutting and heat sealing — the webbing is cut to length and both edges are heat-sealed so they never fray.
- 3. Silk screen printing — approved logo artwork is printed and the ink is cured.
- 4. Sewing and hardware assembly — the end is folded, box-stitched, and the chosen attachment is installed.
- 5. Final quality inspection — appearance, dimensions, print and attachment are checked piece by piece.

FAQ
Is a 20-piece order really possible?
Yes. Printed polyester, nylon and sublimation lanyards start from 20 pieces per design. Woven lanyards need a slightly larger minimum because the logo is set up on a jacquard loom — always quoted upfront.
Which print method should I choose?
Simple logos and text: silk screen on polyester or nylon. Gradients, photos or busy artwork: dye sublimation, which prints full-colour edge to edge. Premium soft feel and fine detail: woven. Send us your logo and we will recommend the best match with a mockup.
Will the print fade or crack?
Sublimation ink bonds into the fibre and does not crack or peel. Screen print is cured and wash-tested. Woven logos never fade because the design is the fabric itself.
Can I mix widths or colours in one order?
Yes — as long as each design meets the 20-piece minimum, widths, colours and attachments can be mixed freely.
What artwork files do you accept?
AI, PSD, JPG and PNG all work. Vector files give the sharpest result; if you only have a photo or sketch, our designers will prepare print-ready artwork for you.
How long does an order take?
Samples in 3–5 days, production in 10–15 days after artwork confirmation, then door-to-door tracked shipping — we handle customs all the way to your address.
